Powered by a Ford 428 cubic inch FE Short Block bored out .030, with aluminum Edelbrock intake, Edelbrock aluminum heads with roller rockers, the engine is topped with a Speed Demon 750cfm carb. |
|
The Lingenfelter engine uses a
MSD Series 6 ignition to fire up all that horsepower. There's a large aluminum
radiator with electric puller fan to keep it cool while it delivers torque
through the Tremec 5 speed and 11 inch Centerforce clutch to the 9 inch
Currie rearend with 3.7 to 1 gears. Dual chrome latches on the hood keep
it all buttoned up. Race inspired chrome front and rear jack bumpers accent
the deep black paint. |
|
| At 6 inches longer and 5 inches wider than the original Cobra, this ground pounder has a better ride with more stability. | |
| Behind the wood steering wheel are a full set of VDO guages to monitor your performance. The competition lap belts with shoulder straps will keep you securely strapped in when this rocket takes off. The Cobra also has a driver side chrome role bar just in case you get a little too sporty. Wing windows flanking the windshield will keep down the turbulence in the cockpit. | |
| Chrome side pipes
between the hand crafted PS Engineering wheels and LeMans style fuel filler
cap give this black beauty the classic look of Cobra. The trunk is just
spacious enough for those weekend getaways. |
|
You can be driving the baddest machine in your neighborhood with this Lone Star Cobra for only $38,000 Call Jim at 512-284-8421 or on his cell at 512-633-7591. |
