This 2-door post 1956 Chevy is the result of a frame off rebuild that left nothing undone! The frame off restoration is completely documented in photographs and was featured in Classic Chevy magazine! |
| Powered by a 1960 vintage 283 cid from a Corvette, with only 1000 miles on the engine since the rebuild. This is hooked to a Saginaw 4-speed transmission and sends power to the original rear end. | |

| Underneath the '56 Bel Air is as fine as the top side, with chrome everywhere….exhausts, mufflers, backing plates, rear-end. A stronger custom brace replaces the factory's rears shock mounts. | |

| Completely disassembled for the frame off, it has all new polished stainless nuts and bolts, new rubber everywhere, new bushings everywhere. All parts and pieces were painted while the car was apart. | |

| The interior is a vinyl / tweed combination in green and gray. The pleated fabric features a classic Chevy "V" design in the backrests. | |
| It has custom taillights by Lee, but the gas filler is still under the taillight. It also features a hand-built custom tube grille. The car is painted with PPG Chrysler Forrest Green Metallic paint. | |
