This 1955 Ford F-100 is ready to drive coast to coast round trip! This is the finest engineered vehicle we have ever had the honor of featuring! And along with its craftsmanship is a beauty and grace seldom seen in a pick-up truck. |
| It was taken apart down to the last nut and bolt and reassembled with love and care. The frame was boxed and extended 1 ½ " to better fit the wheels and tires in the wheel wells. A custom cross member was installed and a TCI tubular Mustang II independent front suspension was added along with 4-wheel 11" power disc brakes and American coil-over shocks. The power steering is supplied by Ford rack and pinion.. |

| In the rear, a Currie 9" Ford Posi-trac rear end is held in place by a TCI 4-bar system. The rear fenders, which are the only fiberglass on this ride, have been widened by 3" to accept the Weld Pro Star 15x10 wheels with BF Goodrich 285/70R15 tires. The rear of the frame also carries a Rock Valley stainless steel 21-gallon fuel tank. | |
| The power is provide by a 350 ci. 355 HP 1994 ZZ-4 crate engine sporting a chrome short shaft water pump, chrome 94 amp 1 wire alternator, chrome GM Performance valve covers, aluminum dual plane Edelbrock intake manifold, Sanderson jet hot coated headers, roller cam, and is hooked to a TH700R4 OD transmission. The exhaust is carried away through a 2 1/2 " system that runs through a pair of 3-chamber Flowmaster mufflers with mega tips out back. |

The Viper Red paint job is one of the highlights of this ride, as is the fully louvered tilt-foward hood. The tail gate, which features inside-the-bed locks and hinges is also louvered. The stock trim and emblems have been retained and the headlights and taillights are both halogen. A very discreet 3rd brake light has been added to the back of the cab below the rear window. |
| Inside the cab are No Limit Engineering gauges installed in a pristine original Ford dash. It has an Ididit 5 way tilt column and a Le Carra steering wheel. The wiring is from Ron Francis. The bench seat and door panels are covered in grey tweed and the floor is covered with dark grey carpeting. All Texas cars have AC and this one is no exception with its Vintage Air cooling. | |
|
This little red masterpiece has well over $50,000 invested in it and can be had right now for only $41,900! If you've ever wanted a pick-up, you'll do no better than this one.
